Alunos da ‘Manassés’ se identificam com projeto ambiental
Um misto de euforia, motivação e identificação. A certeza de que as boas ações podem transformar o mundo. Foi assim que a coordenadora pedagógica geral da escola Professor Manassés Ephrain Pereira, Elizete Regina Lourenço, resumiu o relato que os alunos dos 7º e 8º anos fizeram ao chegar da visita feita à Dedini Indústrias de Base e ao seu projeto ambiental, no dia 30 de março.
Os alunos da escola instalada no Jardim Monte Líbano estiveram acompanhados das professoras de ciências, Renata Mariconi Fedatto e Marcela da Silva Sávio, e, segundo a coordenadora, puderam ver na prática conceitos debatidos em sala de aula e também aplicados em projetos que a escola desenvolve junto à comunidade do seu entorno, daí a identificação.
“Foi gratificante ver o quanto eles assimilaram a mensagem, compreenderam o papel da empresa com a realização desses projetos e viram o valor das ações ambientais. A admiração foi tanta que muitos disseram que vão estudar para um dia poderem trabalhar na Dedini”, comenta Elizete.
Mensalmente, a Dedini recebe estudantes de escolas da rede pública para conhecer as ações ambientais desenvolvidas pela empresa.
A ideia, segundo Igor Serra, do Departamento de Meio Ambiente da Dedini, é mostrar a preocupação da empresa com o meio ambiente e influenciar positivamente não apenas os colaboradores, mas a comunidade do entorno, difundindo a consciência sobre o uso correto da água e a preservação do manancial.
A Dedini está localizada em área atendida pela Microbacia do Ribeirão Guamium, utiliza suas águas para uso humano e industrial e, em contrapartida, desenvolve ações de monitoramento, com análises mensais das principais nascentes até o ponto de captação na empresa, e preservação daquele manancial.
Os estudantes conheceram o modelo ambientalmente correto de produção adotado pela empresa, o que inclui o reuso da água retirada do Guamium e a manutenção de um viveiro sustentável de mudas, construído com sucata e operado com água de coleta de chuva e energia produzida na empresa.
“O viveiro dá sustentação para o projeto de recuperação da mata ciliar da Microbacia do Guamium, parte do Projeto Água, desenvolvido pela Dedini. O manancial é tão importante que inspirou esse projeto”, comenta Serra.
Ao final da visita __ em que as crianças também conheceram a história da Fundição Dedini e dos metais__, os alunos plantaram espécies nativas em área da empresa, sob a supervisão do Departamento de Meio Ambiente da Dedini, receberam camisetas do projeto, almoçaram e deixaram registradas, por meio de desenhos, as impressões da visita. Durante todo o mês, esses desenhos ficarão expostos na área de convívio da empresa. (08/04/19)
